Day 91: Ansible Lineinfile Module taskfailed

I failed this task with the following message:

“- file ‘/var/www/html/index.html’ having incorrect permissions on stapp01”

However, when I curled all three app servers, I was able to see the same index.html content for all of them and permissions also added correctly, but the task still failed.

Could you please take a look and let me know why I failed this task? I have attached my playbook please have a look and helpme.

# 🌟 Task 91 - Deploy httpd + Prepend Line to index.html Using Ansible

**📌 Task Description**  
The **Nautilus DevOps team** wants to:
1. Install and start **httpd** on all **3 App Servers**
2. Create `/var/www/html/index.html` with:  
```
   This is a Nautilus sample file, created using Ansible!
```
3. **Prepend** (add at top) using **lineinfile**:  
```
   Welcome to xFusionCorp Industries!
```
4. Set **owner**: `apache`, **group**: `apache`, **mode**: `0744`

**Validation Command**:  
```bash
ansible-playbook -i inventory playbook.yml
```
