I am getting permission denied while creating a build project in AWS console shared for the task

I’m getting the same problem

AccessDeniedException
User: arn:aws:iam::271348310234:user/kk_labs_user_887196 is not authorized to perform: codebuild:ListProjects with an explicit deny in a service control policy

same problem I can’t even list them we should do something I am frustrated
