I have disabled the route table which block’s the internet. and when I SSH to the vm it shows the status as running, and i got the output when i calls it from the outside.but still the task failed stating “The route table disables the internet”.attaching the screenshots. Is this a lab issue or am I still failed in this task?

After deleting the route that disables internet access. You need to add a route that allows traffic from the internet.
