I did not check ‘private subnet’ (tried in first 2-3 tries but it would fail on ‘CIDR Block not allowed’

If anyone can guide who was able to get through this one?

here’s my inbound NSG rule, what could I be doing wrong? or should do differently?

Make both source and destination as VPC CIDR.
