Create user - task failed

Dear KK team,
I have created the user with specified user id, and home directory, but the task has been rated as failed. In my opinion everything has been done corerctly - could you please take a look?

My advice is just copy paste, I do use copy paste to avoid such silly mistakes.
It’s spilled ‘kirsty’ not ‘kristy’.
