Create Public S3 Bucket Using Terraform- bucket created and available in tf state

Dear Team,
I created an s3 bucket with public access, its details were verified with the Terraform state file, while submitting the response, I got an error like bucket not found. I have attached the screenshot for review.

Did you wait until the S3 state transitioned to the available state?
