Create infra using jenkins and terraform in playground

Does Playground support creating resources using terraform via jenkins ?

I got to know it doesnt support eksctl. is there any restriction for this also ? provided I run jenkins in the same playground aws account ec2 instance.

I doubt you could achieve what you are aiming for. Playgrounds have limited capabilities due to cost and security concerns. However, we do have a playground for Terraform + AWS. Even if you try to create an EC2 instance as a Jenkins controller, you will surely hit some permission issues.
