hey im installing ssh plugins to complete this task , but while installing it is taking more time so i tried to restart the session , then after it is continously restarting and asking for login password for your reference im attaching the link and screenshot below

Jenkins will restart when you install certain plugins, so this is normal. Some installs require a restart before other plugins will install, as well.
Yes it is correct , but it is paused at the middle of the installation and the process of installation is not completing , so because of that jenkins is not restarting
Try going to the “Manage Jenkins” menu – if you’re in the middle of a restart, this will bring you to either a “Jenkins is restarting” page or the login page. Worse case, then do https://BASE-JENKINS-URL/restart, and that will trigger a restart. Then you can go back to the plugins menu and check what still needs to run. Usually, though, going out of a restart the pending plugins will install themselves.
