Comparing LFCT and LFCS. Which one?

Hello Everyone
I hope you are doing well.
I have already purchased the LFCS Exam voucher.
Since the LFCT exam is a bit new and there is no much data about it… I want to ask you is it valuable to purchase LFCT exam voucher too?
Is LFCS > LFCT from all aspects?
Or they all totally separated and is good to have both certification?
Thank You

The LFCS certification is more specialized, focusing on system administration tasks in Linux environments. It covers areas like system operation, managing users, and service configurations. On the other hand, the LFCT is a newer, more broad-based certification designed to validate a candidate’s understanding of essential IT functions, with a focus on Linux, cloud, and modern automation technologies.

If you’re aiming for roles in system administration, network management, or other specialized areas in Linux environments, the LFCS might be more beneficial. However, if you’re looking to broaden your knowledge base in IT, especially if you’re at the start of your career or transitioning to IT, the LFCT could be a valuable addition.

Having both certifications can be advantageous. The LFCS demonstrates your specialized skills in Linux system administration, while the LFCT showcases a broader understanding of IT fundamentals. Together, they could make your profile more versatile.
