Clarification on Lab: Resource Dependencies task 2

I’m a bit confused about the task, in my opinion the answer should be implicit dependency but it’s not. Can anyone explain me the task and it’s answer please.

I would describe the definitions as somewhat arbitrary and perhaps even of limited usefulness. I went through the transcript of the previous lecture; I would not worry if you missed that one question. If you want more background on dependencies, I’d recommend looking at the Hashicorp docs on the topic.
