CKS Score problem

Hello i took my CKS exam today February 06, 2023 - 06:30AM, but after i finished it in my portal still showing the information about the schedule not about the gathering score, normally they send an email right after the exam, but I didn’t get it either.

I already opened ticket for support, but still no answer. has anyone faced this issue?
