CKS Mock Exam1 Question Q2 & Q8

I cannot save the files below with :wq on Vim or make files using cat commad either when proceeding CKS Mock Exam1 Question 2 & 8.

  • Q2: /root/CKS/secrets/CONNECTOR_PASSWORD
  • Q8: /etc/admission-controllers/admission-configuration.yaml

I already submitted feedbacks for them.

Does anyone have some workarounds?

I tried this lab and found that the VIM is working as expected. To learn more about interacting with VIM, refer to this document.

Could you let me know which browser you are using?
Users have reported that Chrome works without any issues.

There are browser extensions that can interfere with using vim in our labs; if you have an extension that claims to make your navigation or editing “like vim”, please turn that off.
