Only kodekloud CKS course is not enough for 100% score.
Exam time is really short. I think it’s impossible for 99% people to answer all the questions in 2 hours
You literally don’t get enough time for testing your results.
There was one question about tls that you need to delete some tls protocol between kube API server and etcd. Not sure whether I have seen any kinds of practice in anywhere like kodekloud or killer koda
Most of the questions are really easy but again there is no enough time to do everything.
You are right. i also faced tls question and my reaction was "I am seeing this first time "
Please suggest me resources or tips to deep dive in tls, falco and dockerfile analysis related questions. from where i should study more? how to study? i have 1 attempt left and i truley want to pass CKS this time.
Your suggestions would be a great help for me.
Thanks
See my previous answer to you. DevOpsCube CKS Study Guide, and the Killercoda CKS Playground is a good complement to the KodeKloud labs.
I skipped the TLS question. I had seen this somewhere, but can’t remember where. KodeKloud’s CKS course? The Killer Shell CKS course? I had no time to look for the docs. I lacked time to answer 4 questions out of 16.
I got the passing grade. I’m disappointed, but I got the certification. If I take the exam again in 2 years, I know I’ll have to practice a lot more, practice, practice and practice. I just had no time, because I mistakingly enrolled in the exam way too soon, when I’d just begun the CKA course. At least I have 6 months to pass CKAD.
I took the exam as well but couldn’t get the passing score. The questions were really really long and the time wasn’t enough for me to solve all questions. But one quick question, during the exam while I was trying to access crictl to inspect a process, I got bunch of authentication issues stating issues with docker sock. Have you experienced them and How did you resolve them? Any tips?
I did not face this type of problem. Can you specify more about the question and why you need critical PS for this? Are you sure that you were in the correct node/host to see that your command works?
There was a question to find out the process that is continuously making calls to some shared trace. I need to find the strace, but i need pid which i can find via crictl…also, there was a question related to falco but falco didn’t seem to stream any logs…weird!
@kubegeek Well, If you want to solve that problem with Falco, you must spend lots of time. I suggest you use sysdig instead of Falco. It is straightforward and requires only 1 minute.
@Tej-Singh-Rana We aren’t discussing about exam questions here. I am concerned about several environment issues which halted my exam, I am working with CNCF support team. It’s no brainer that there will be question related to Falco… I don’t even remember what was the question, they are too long and lot of time pressure with several environment issues. Yes, I agree and adhere to it. We SHOULD NOT be discussing any official exam questions. Thanks for reminder!
