I am currently preparing for the Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) exam using your platform. However, I am experiencing recurring issues while trying to view specific videos in the course.
Today, while accessing the “Cluster Upgrade Process” lesson, I encountered a persistent error message:
“Sorry – We’re having a little trouble.”
The video fails to load and does not play at all. This same issue also appears for other lessons like “Kubeconfig” and ****“Demo - Cluster Upgrade”, where the player says “Video does not exist.”
This issue is significantly slowing down my progress, and it’s becoming increasingly frequent. I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference.
Could you please look into this and resolve it at the earliest? Additionally, I’d appreciate a workaround or alternate access in case this continues, as I am on a tight study schedule for the exam.
