CKA Lab failed to load multiple times

Please let me know if I’m wrong here, but I need to go on with the labs exercises this week to finally do my CKA exam.
This lab seems to be broken, how can I get help?

Finally after half a dozen retries the lab loaded. That was very annoying. Lost too much time for waiting.
