Last Friday 07-11 at 09:00 am [ GMT+ 3] I attempted my CKA exam through PSI. During the ID verification process, I encountered an error and had to quit.
A few hours later, I successfully re-verified my ID, and the proctor confirmed I could start. However, after that, I was taken directly to the survey page and did not get access to the exam environment, and asked me to raise a ticket to LF to restore the session/test had gone.
I did but I can see no response, by the way If try to resume the certificate from my portal it stuck on processing and no result , even no link to activate the 2nd killersh or book new time with my free retake , it seems to be real technical issue.
I’m wondering if were run into the same issue , or be able to get the 1st & 2nd try as I’ve not seen any question. The problem the exam will expire on 06-12-2025 ( less than one month from now ), do you think I’ve lost my effort and time preparing for cert and also also my money or there is still change to fix this annoying thing. Thanks…
You’ll probably be fine, but you need to wait for them to reply to your support ticket. It typically takes 3 business days (so not counting weekends) for them to respond. When they do, most likely they will give you back another attempt to do the exam; they tend to be pretty good about that.
