CKA Exam issue PSI

Hello,

My exam was scheduled for 20-07-24’, I have logged in on the portal for the check-in, and an issue happened, after troubleshooting it was due a software democreator installed on my computer. The PSI support asked to close the session and uninstall the software and restart the exam. I did that but when want to restart the exam I am getting an error

“You are not allowed to launch this test as the launch time has expired”

I could not take the exam.

I have opened a ticket with Linux Foundations, is there an other way to reach them?

It can take a couple of business days for them to respond. Typically in cases like these, they’ll give you another retry.

You need to raise a support ticket here, and describe what happened
