I would like to ask if anyone knows if we can access sites such as:
https://gateway-api.sigs.k8s.io/
These pages are referenced from kubernetes document page so not sure if we can or cannot. How would one expect someone to know how to install these CNI if we cannot access the pages. Similar with gateway-api, information on kubernetes page is not sufficient.

No, you can only access the sites listed here.
I have an open question with Linux Foundation about making more sites available. It has not been resolved yet.

It is allowed for CKA
It clearly mentions (@Alistair_KodeKloud check this)
CKA only: Gateway API
Alistair is actually responsible in part for the change – the Linux Foundation agreed with his request, and added the Gateway API docs to the allowed list. I believe they added it either yesterday or today.

I raised a ticket with Linux Foundation requesting this about a week and a half ago. They resolved it yesterday.
