CKA Exam cancelled due to internet connection

Hi,

I hope some of you got an answer about my problem. I scheduled to do the CKA exam today. Unfortunately, 20 minutes before the end of the exam, I got some internet slow issue and after 3 warning message, my test has been ended by the proctor.

Since now, I didn’t receive any message from Linux Foundation about the exam.

Currently, when I try to reschedule an exam, I’m not eligible to retake a test and I opened a ticket on Linux Foundation but still no answer :frowning:

Here is the link of the ticket : https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/15/TCCS-116266

Any advices ?

Thanks for your answer

Hi @mndiayepro97

Sorry to hear that!
It’s good that you’ve raised a ticket with LF. As far as LF’s response to your ticket, they usually take 3 working days to respond.
And, I am sure you will get a free retake for this.

Regards.
