Challenge completed successfully, but status does not update. Kubernetes Level 3 Task 4

I’ve completed task 4 of Changellenge Kubernetes level 3 five times, but Im stuck because the status doesnt update.

This problem had already occurred again, in level 2 of the Kuberntes challenge
