When I log in ,it shows that “Please wait a moment while we load the platform…”
then ,nothing happen .

First of all, to prevent yourself from being hacked, you should remove your email address from the post – this is a public email address, and that’s information you should not readily reveal.
OK, getting past that: I’m not sure what the problem is. I just tried to log in on Chrome using an Incognito window, and it worked without problems. So it might have been a transient problem, or it might be due to where you’re logging in from (say, you’re at work, and the work network has a proxy cache or a strong firewall), or due to an extension you’re using in your browser that interferes with our site. So:
- First, try again.
- Try using an Incognito window or similar approach that gets around any cookies you have set, and
- Consider if you have any extensions, particular privacy related extensions, which may interfere with accessing our site.
