I’ve tried to start it up again but it’s showing the same error. This time, though, it almost immediately showed up whereas earlier it would load for some time and then show the error.

I just checked now and it’s possible to provision a GCP playground again, so thanks for fixing that.
However, I’m still unable to access Cloud Build from a playground account - would you be able to look into that?

Cloud Build is not a part of the allowed service list. I will forward the request to the team to remove it from the cloud support page.
