I can’t access to KodeKloud web sites since 2024/04/22.
I logged in to use lab for “certified-kubernetes-administrator-with-practice-tests” and callback to Sign In | KodeKloud", then stop to load page.
WebServer return 500 SeverInternalError.
Please send an email to [email protected] and ask for help. We were indeed having problems with access to the labs on 22 April 2024, but these have been resolved over the last 12 hours or so. So either this is something else, or is a side-effect that does not affect many people, but is causing problems for you.
Thanks for your patience. I hear from our lab group that they believe this issue is fixed. If you’re willing, please try to access the lab again and tell me if you still get the 500 error. The team leader tells me:
The team had a fix that’s being tested in staging right now. However, as with the past 500 error it’s not always consistent in reproducing it as well. If possible, you can ask the users who reported this problem to see if
it’s also happening to other labs outside of CKA set of courses (as we all seem to notice reported cases are all on CKA labs)
If a hard refresh or incognito actually fixes the issue (just so we know exactly why only selective few users had encounter these problems)
If the problem persists even after trying again a few days later (a tough ask, but nevertheless would be good info to know if it’s a one-time thing or persistent for a user)
