Cannot connect to backup server for Linux GPG Encryption tasks

The subject says it all. Please help to fix the issue. The task expires by 11pm GMT +8. Thanks.

The task is for Storage server (172.16.238.15) not for backup server.

Hi, sorry for not being clear. I meant to change the task to pending state so that I can retry.

The procedures are correct just the file name there is typo.
