Cancellation of subscription due to auto payment cancellation

This is Vijayakumar J. I have subscribed for the KodeCloud Standard plan. But my subscription was cancelled without my concern. I have paid 4779 rs via UPI on March 1,2024 and and it asked me to enable autopay. So, I enabled autopay and paid the money. But after that I disabled the autopay in UPI account(paytm). But my subscription also got cancelled after disabling the autopay. I didn’t intend to cancel the subscription. I just disabled the autopay in my UPI app. How can you cancel my subscription without my concern for just disabling the autopay?
