Can not create vm instance

Hi,

I want to create VM in GCP on the playground, but I have an error like this:

There was an error while loading /compute/instancesAdd?project=clgcporg8-037. Please try again.

It may be a browser or network issue. Go to the loading issues help page to troubleshoot the issue.

I have no network issue and I try to refresh the browser but the error still appear. How to solve this problem?

Hi @arieffirdaus,

Please try accessing the console again, as the issue seems to be related to network connectivity.

FYI, I checked from my end, and it does look good.

I already refreshed the page, but there was still an error.
I tried to open it in a private browser but there was still an error.
I tried to create a new playground and VM instance, but there was still an error.

There is no problem in my network.

So, how to solve the problem?

Hi @arieffirdaus ,

We checked from our end and tried every possible step, but we couldn’t reproduce this issue.

We also checked with the GCP support team. They have suggested the following steps:

Please go through this troubleshooting guide.
