Can anyone suggest a good English learning course — online or offline — that’s been effective for you?

I’m not sure this is the right place to ask, but as someone who is also learning English, I try to focus on being disciplined in my learning. These days, there are many English resources available on the internet. We can also use AI tools to help improve our English skills.
For example, I’m currently studying for the AWS DevOps certification, and the questions include a lot of technical vocabulary. When I come across new words, I give them to ChatGPT to generate example phrases. This helps me see how the words are used in different contexts, which makes it easier to remember them.
I’m a student, and I’ve been posting my threads on multiple education platforms. But honestly, people have been recommending all of them, and now I’m confused about which one is the best for my studies:

I recommend checking out Power English by AJ Hoge. He uses a method called ‘mini stories,’ where you first listen to a short story and understand the content, then he asks questions about it. This helps you improve your listening and speaking skills.
