In the attached screenshot, you can see that I’ve got all the resources configured properly but still unable to get a proper response from the curl command on the controlplane node.
In the stage of scoring the test, I got this question right, so the only thing that didn’t work is the actual test inside the node.
Yes, correct. Also, etcdctl didnt work for me to backup the cluster. seems it was not installed.
It looks like networking on the ingress controller is screwed up; I don’t see anything listening on the IP that is mapped to kodekloud-pink.app, nor can I ping it. I’m skeptical the IP has any relationship to reality, frankly. You are probably correct that this is a bug.
Which question is this in? I’m going to hope it’s even in the same test, or, really you should report this in a separate post.
It is Q16 on mock 2.
etcdctl is indeed absent, but can be installed using apt (apt install etcd-client) If you do it, the lab is can be done. I’m not sure if the absence of etcdctl is intended or not; I will ask.
