Bash version enquiry

i use i term bash --version
GNU bash, version 3.2.57(1)-release (arm64-apple-darwin22)

for the course i see use 5.2 will this be an issue ?

It could be; 3.2 is pretty old. But you don’t have to use 3.2 on Mac. Instead, use hombrew to upgrade bash to v5. Here’s a blog post that tells you how to do that.
