Backup Server not Reachable, using the login provided and password

ssh clint@stbkp return server unreachable and cant copy my Pub to backup server to complete day 10 project, I have waited for 3 days and cant proceed.

It should be the storage server and not the backup server.
Could you please confirm with a screenshot of the question?
