Th Azure service principal when created in the Azure portal is not having the necessary permissions . It cannot be used in the Azure DevOps Pipelines to use the Azure Services like App Services in the pipelines.
We cannot assign the Contributor Role to the Service Principal an the Subscription level as it is being disabled which is the main cause of the issue.
Please suggest on this as it is becoming a blocker in the learning.
