Hello,
I cant open the Azure playgrounds on my laptop. Is there a support for that ?

Thanks
I don’t think it’s blocked at our end – I’ve logged into playground accounts for Azure on my laptop; you do it with “az login”, using the playground credentials, if I remember right. So it’s more likely blocked at your end, particularly if you use a Windows laptop that’s controlled by your employer.
It looks like you used your Bosch company email instead of the KodeKloud credentials. Please try again using Incognito mode to make sure you log in with the Playground account.
Hello,
Thanks for the response. But I cant seem to get in through azure login.
My bosch email is my kodekloud credential although I defined a new password for it.
The error says either my ID or password is incorrect.
Pls support.
Thanks
You don’t use your password to login to playground linked Azure session – you use the “email” supplied in the playground launch page, which is marked as the “IAM user name”. If you do this from a terminal window (I’m doing this on a Mac), it will redirect you to your browser, where you will enter the playground credentials, log you in, and then you confirm in the terminal window. This works fine, and you’ll have a 3 hour session in your terminal for the playground Azure account you logged in as.
Thanks for pointing out, I was using my kodekloud credentials instead of IAM user name and password.
After logging in , I had issues creating Virtual machines and Azure foundry that were subject to policy restrictions. I dont know if they were allowed, but please suggest the right course for Azure that provides maximum hands-on in the playground.
In addition, I would like to inform that other playgrounds like postgresql, for instance went completely blank upon starting the session, nothing on the screen…
Looking forward for both responses.
Thanks in advance
You should look at the launch page for the Azure playground – it has a lot of information relevant to that, listed by service. For example, you’d see that you should not use the “Premium Disk” setting, but one of the cheaper settings when you configure a VM.
I started off with postgresql playground. Started and quite after couple of seconds the screen turned completely empty. Tried few times to ensure whether I caused a problem, but NO, it stays blank with no signs of activity. I have attached a screen shot together.
Hi @benki
I just checked it, and it works fine on my side. Please try again. If it still doesn’t work, try logging out, clearing your cache, and then logging in again.
It worked in Microsoft edge not on chrome, but that is fine for me.
Can I create multiple sevices on azure8 like blob storage and Azure data factory to create an ETL pipeline ? Is that allowed ?
You should look at the Azure playground launch page – not all services are support on our playgrounds, so I don’t know if the data playground supports doing the kind of ETL pipeline you want to do. Try it and see if the launch page guidelines are unclear.
