The task specifies to create a storage account, according to Azure specs the storage account name must be between 3 and 24 characters. However the tasks generates a name that exceeds the character length. Please check screenshots.

I’ll forward this to the team and keep you updated. Since the name is randomly generated, you can try starting the task again, it might create a shorter name, like in my case: xfusionwebstorage11403.
I did try couple of times, but yeah I’ll give another try.

Please go to KodeKloud Engineer | Real Project Tasks on Real Systems and choose the Azure course. You might need to finish Level 1 first, then move on to Levels 2 and 3. There isn’t a direct task link for KKE.
