Hi @carmelrodrigo22,
Apologies for the problem during the learning. We have put this service under investigation. We will remove this service from the cloud page.
We will add it back when it gets resolved.

Regards,

Thanks for the update.

When the issue will get resolved any TAT, please

Regards,

It is still not resolved… I cant connect to DataBricks… Most of the services inside Playgrounds do not work…

Hi @kumarvimlesh ,

Apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please provide more details? I would like to share them with the team.

Regards,

You did not read all the comments under this post. Screenshot and message is already posted by @ armelrodrigo22. I do not think it requires more clarification. Most of the features are disabled for practicing on all the cloud services. In current context, it is DataBricks.

I primarily purchased the playgrounds plan but it is really annoying and discouraging when most of the features and services are found disabled.

Hi @kumarvimlesh ,

Apologize for any misunderstanding. I will communicate this to the team and get back to you soon. Thank you for your patience.

Regards,

Have you got any update on this?

I think you have no updates…

Can you provide update on this?

Hi @kumarvimlesh ,

We sincerely apologize for the delays and the inconvenience this has caused. We understand your frustration, especially given how long this issue has been pending.

We have escalated your query to the relevant teams and are currently investigating why it was overlooked and not resolved earlier. Additionally, we are actively assessing the feasibility of enabling this service as soon as possible.

In case enabling the service is not feasible, we will provide you with a definitive update by the end of this week. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We are committed to resolving this matter promptly.

Best regards,

You are not committed. My objective of buying your services specifically for Play Grounds is unfilled. I have been mislead by Your false sales pitch…

Hi @kumarvimlesh,

Thank you for your patience and for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Databricks and Other Restricted Services
We understand your desire to access Databricks within the Playground. However, due to necessary security considerations, certain services, including Databricks, are currently restricted to ensure a safe environment for all users. We are committed to reviewing these restrictions, and we’re actively working on a solution to make this set of services accessible. As of now, we expect to have these services available by early April 2025.

Available Services and Upcoming Features
For a list of currently available services in the Azure Playground, please refer to this page, which we update regularly whenever a new service is made available.

In the meantime, we’re excited to share that we’ll be adding new AI services to the KK Playgrounds in the coming month. These will offer additional tools to explore and experiment with, and we hope they enhance your experience.

We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve and refine our offerings. Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or thoughts.

Best regards,
Dinesh
