Azure (Cloud) Level 1 - Create an Azure SQL Database

While attempting the Azure cloud level 1 task (Create an SQL database) after attempting the questions with the parameters provided unfortunately, I am unable to create the database due to an Azure policy restriction even though I never went beyond the given parameters or specifications.

Please can someone look into this.
