Thanks for the wonderful course Az-500, i have a question on PTA, if we enable PTA will the MFA & Conditional Access work as the authentication is done by the Onprem AD ?

if it works what would be the flow?

Well your authentication (password validation) will be done on-premises and then the response will be sent to Azure AD. So when the response hits Azure AD, you can trigger MFA, CA and leverage all other Azure AD features. It’s just that Azure AD doesn’t know your password.
