AWS playground issue - Unable to connect after an hour of starting the playground

Hi - I see that the AWS playground time is 180 minutes. However, after 1 hour of starting the playground I get this error - “you are not authorized to perform this action” and I am unable to continue with my practice. Can you please help?

I still have this problem and got the error - remote side unexpectedly closed network connection. Screen shots attached for your reference. Can you please check and get this fixed?
