The question just asks to create an RDS instance in the free tier. The free tier has two offerings - db.t3.micro and db.t4g.micro
While creating the instance, the default selection in free tier now is db.t4g.micro
But while verification the question is specifically looking for a db.t3.micro type of instance.
I have reported this to the concerned team. If you find other similar questions, I recommend not picking g type instances unless it specifically asks for it.

This is still an issue. I got the following error message when trying to complete this task.
An error occurred (AccessDenied) when calling the CreateDBInstance operation: User: arn:aws:iam::739275466503:user/kk_labs_user_745201 is not authorized to perform: rds:CreateDBInstance on resource: arn:aws:rds:us-east-1:739275466503:db:xfusion-rds with an explicit deny in a service control policy
The lab works, I just did it. If you got any of the options wrong, or did something like easy create instead of standard create, then you may have options that are incompatible with the lab’s policy
