I want to learn aws/Lab but the task seems to be done through the terminal/CLI. Can I do the tasks in aws lab using AWS console?

If you have a Pro subscription, you can spin up an AWS Playground and work on the AWS Console.
Most of the courses on AWS also demonstrate how to create and configure resources using the Console.
