I have been trying to do the S3 labs, parts 1 and 2 for some time now. The AWS Credentials listed do not work.
I have restarted the labs, tried on different days, no joy. showcreds on the command line show the same credentials yet the AWS login screen fails due to invalid credentials.
I just tried part 1 and it worked first time.
Are you sure you copied them correctly, like didn’t accidentally copy a space character or something?
The easiest way is to use showcreds, and then double-click on each of the username and password to select them, then right-click → copy
yes I tried that each time. As well as copy / paste. The credentials were not accepted, AWS claimed they were not valid.
The first lab of the series (EC2) worked just fine.
