Aws Eks on fargate |service external ip not accessible

I had deployed Aws Eks on fargate after that check the service and set as loadbalancer and tring to access the service external ip which is not accessible

Please check the status of the LoadBalancer service and verify the security group. Does it allow traffic on the port you’re trying to access?

Yes I had checked Loadbalancer >> Security groups >> inbound rules for testing purpose i made open to all but still not getting access
(Loadbalancer -classic)

Could you please share more details about the steps you’ve taken, along with any screenshots and the logs from the ingress pods?
