AWS EKS cluster cant be created

When i try to create a EKS cluster through Console, its giving this error. Cant able to create it through console, also lot of restriction cant able to create IAM user to test with role and policy.

User: arn:aws:iam::846072898885:user/kk_labs_user_575251 is not authorized to perform: iam:PassRole on resource: arn:aws:iam::846072898885:role/AmazonEKSAutoClusterRole because no identity-based policy allows the iam:PassRole action

You can’t use auto mode or managed node groups in playgrounds, plus IAM objects must have specific allowed names.

Please carefully follow the guides we have for creating managed clusters in playground.
