AWS Cloud Lab No VPC Available

Hi,

I am accessing AWS Cloud playground. In the console, there is no default VPC and I am not permissible to create one.

How am I supposed to use this AWS cloud playground? At the least, there should be a default VPC so that we can test instances in there.

Please assist.

please ensure you use an allowed region such as N. Virginia (us-east-1)
