I am getting this error when creating knowledge base using aws bedrock, while using aws ai playground :
Failed to create the Amazon Opensearch Serverless collection. User: arn:aws:iam::471112656379:user/kk_labs_user_629311 is not authorized to perform: aoss:CreateAccessPolicy on resource: aoss:index/bedrock-knowledge-base-bzdf1p/* because no identity-based policy allows the aoss:CreateAccessPolicy action
