Assign a nice value of 9 to the sshd process

Hello guys, does anyone knows which of this is the SSHD PID, I have tried the 1028 and 855 PID’s but none of them seemed to work when assigning a nice value of 9.

The pid of sshd does appear to be 1028 in that image. How are you trying to renice the process?

Hello Rob,

Thanks for your prompt response, after looking at a similar issue on here where the user had try for a couple of times, I ended the lab and launched it again, this time the SSHD PID changed from 1028 to a different number “cannot remember on top of my head” but when I ran the same command again, this time it worked = sudo renice 9 .

I guess ending the lab and re-launching it “re-starting” worked for me.
