Ansible Setup Httpd and PHP : need review

Hi All.
I completed task and able to run playbook and verify on the app server too but after submitting i got an error that " We tried to run ‘/home/thor/playbooks/httpd.yml’ on Jump Server but it failed because of incorrect inventory or playbook"
