Ansible prepartion course labs are not working

I just completed the package labs and the rest of the labs are not working getting the same error.

From Ansible modules Lab, I tried to open another Terminal and got the following message. Please check.

Now both got resolved. I am able to get the labs and new terminal also working fine.
