All Video Course not Showing

Hi, i have this error when accessing video course:

The webpage at https://player.vimeo.com/video/461060937?h=4101a0e9cc&dnt=1&app_id=122963&controls=1&autoplay=1&muted=1&api=1 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I’m accessing from chrome and Safari. Tried incognito but not working as well.

Got information that Vimeo is not available in Indonesia and need to use VPN. Will test.
