Hi, I think it is necessary to review your validation method for tasks related to jenkins. I have just redone twice in a row the same task returning me the same error while all the steps were complete as shown in the following screenshot. Thank for help.

Seems like you did the same mistake twice. As per the question the name of the salve nodes must be App_server_1, App_server_2 and App_server_3 but as per your screen shot it seems like you named them as app server 1, app server 2 and app server 3
