Why the access of the account my account (check with email) has been disabled . Now the account t is asociated with different name and email . I would request to update the email from [email protected] to [email protected] . Also increase the validity of the course by 6 months I havent been able access the course sonce 6 months , while the payment was done in feb 7 23023 itself . Now the date is Oct 2 I am accessing the course but the email is changed and other account settings are changed . I have been checking on this from long time .
Even after the payment , it says there is no account associated with the email . I dont expect this kind of experience .
Please update email and extend the validity .
